Dopamine Rooms


Our Dopamine Rooms will house a multi-person dry sauna and two individual cold tubs which are separated into Men's and Women's rooms.

The recommended protocol that we advise is given by Dr. Rhonda Patrick which is as follows: - Minimum of 60 minutes per week to experience results - Can be broken into 20 minute mini sessions throughout the week - Make sure you are staying hydrated before, during and after sauna use - Benefits of sauna on all-cause mortality is astonishing "using the sauna 2-3 times per week was associated with 24% decrease in all-cause mortality and 4-7 times per week is associated with a 40% decrease." - Dr. Rhonda Patrick
The recommended protocol that we advise is given by Dr. Andrew Huberman which is as follows: - Minimum of 11-15 mins per week to achieve results - Can be broken up into 2-5 minute mini sessions throughout your week - We do not recommend longer than 10 minutes at a time - Best done in the morning, before exercise, or following cardio exercise or practice/games - Avoid immediately following strength exercise where muscle growth and/or strength is the goal. Wait at least 4-6 hours following strength exercise.
