BFD Performance & Recovery boasts a ~10,000 sq. ft. building with some of the industry's most top-of-the-line equipment and technology. Our Performance Center is home to our baseball specific training with three 70 ft cages that can be divided into 6 smaller cages or opened up to make one large cage. In addition, there are mounds and a pitchers area for training and recovery. Our Recovery Clinic houses our recovery center and physical therapy clinic. The recovery center provides services such as sauna/cold tubs, Normatec compression therapy, modalities, biomechanical evaluations, physical therapy and more. Our robust staff is dedicated to assisting our clients in every way possible to help them achieve their daily, monthly and yearly goals.
