Arm Care Recovery
In the days following a start or multiple appearances, your shoulder will have a decrease in internal rotation strength and external rotation range of motion. The following tiers each have a protocol that we have put together to help regain those deficiencies, along with other tools to increase overall muscle repair. Read the following three protocols and find out which one fits your recovery needs the best.

Tier - One Recovery
Tier - One will utilize the basic, core recovery tools and methods in order for you to return to the field feeling your best, stronger and sooner. This tier will include:
- Crossover Symmetry - for shoulder and scapular health, strength and rehabilitation.
- Low Intensity Active Recovery and Mobility
- Normatec Compression with E-Stim combo - aimed to quickly improve muscle soreness and recovery in your legs and throwing arm.
- Dopamine Room - Sauna to be used at your discretion. In this specific recovery setting, a cold tub should be utilized 4-6 hours following your performance and for one set of 10-12 minutes for best recovery results.

Tier - Two Recovery
Tier - Two will continue with the basic recovery with one more step added into the protocol in the event of you or your athlete being moderately more sore than normal. Tier - Two will include:
- Crossover Symmetry
- Low Intensity Active Recovery and Mobility
- Normatec Compression with E-Stim Combo
- Myofascial Cupping or Scraping (your choice) - a more specific and tool used to target specific areas for blood flow initiation to rebuild muscles and stimulate muscle repair
- Dopamine Room

Tier - Three Recovery
Lastly, Tier - Three will be a more intense recovery protocol designed for the athlete who has a moderate to high soreness level or desires, or responds well to, a more intense recovery day. This tier will utilize BFR training so the athlete can workout following a high intent performance/appearance without fear of further damage to the muscles. This protocol will include:
- Crossover Symmetry
- Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) guided workout
- Normatec Compression with E-Stim Combo
- Dry Needling - to target trigger points and stimulate blood flow in specific areas
- Dopamine Room
