Dry Needling

Dry needling is a highly effective technique used to release muscle tension and relieve pain. Thin needles are inserted into trigger points or knots in the muscles to improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and promote healing. It’s a targeted treatment that helps address chronic pain, muscle tightness, and improve overall function.

2

Dry Needling + E-stim

Dry needling combined with electrical stimulation is a powerful treatment that targets muscle pain and tension. Thin needles are inserted into trigger points, and e-stim is applied to enhance healing, reduce pain, and improve muscle function. This dynamic approach helps relieve chronic pain, boost circulation, and accelerate recovery for long-lasting relief.

3

Myofascial Cupping

Myofascial cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction cups to create a gentle lift on the skin and underlying tissue. This helps increase blood flow, release muscle tension, and promote healing. It’s an effective treatment for relieving pain, improving flexibility, and reducing inflammation, leaving you feeling relaxed and revitalized.

4

Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim)

E-stim uses targeted electrical pulses to stimulate muscles and nerves, helping to reduce pain, improve circulation, and promote healing. This non-invasive treatment can relieve muscle spasms, accelerate recovery, and enhance muscle function, making it an effective option for managing pain and supporting rehabilitation.

5

Normatec/E-Stim Combo

Experience the combined benefits of E-stim and Normatec Compression Therapy for a comprehensive recovery session. Normatec uses dynamic compression to reduce swelling, improve circulation, and enhance recovery. Together, these treatments accelerate healing, relieve muscle tension, and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to move!

6

Active Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)

Active BFR uses a specialized cuff to gently restrict blood flow during exercise. This technique helps increase muscle strength, improve endurance, and promote faster rehabilitation with lower-intensity movements. It’s an effective way to boost muscle growth and recovery while reducing the strain on your joints, making it perfect for those recovering from injury or looking to optimize their training.

7

Passive BFR

Passive BFR is a non-invasive therapy that uses a specialized cuff to restrict blood flow without the need for exercise. This technique enhances muscle strength, promotes recovery, and accelerates healing by increasing circulation and stimulating muscle growth. Ideal for those recovering from injury or seeking a gentle, effective treatment to improve strength and flexibility, all while minimizing joint stress

8

Soft Tissue Mobilization + Stretching

Soft tissue mobilization and stretching are effective techniques designed to relieve muscle tightness, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility. Through targeted pressure and manual manipulation, soft tissue mobilization helps break up adhesions and release tension in the muscles, while stretching increases range of motion and promotes muscle relaxation. Together, these treatments accelerate recovery, reduce pain, and restore function, helping you move more freely and comfortably.
